What should I put in a first message?
A URL and a number. The site you're talking about, and roughly what it costs you a month — or if it isn't a website, one paragraph on what the work is and why it matters to you. That's enough for us to say something useful instead of asking three rounds of questions.
Will you take my project?
Maybe not, and we'll say so quickly. We pre-select what we work on and only take on projects we can do properly. A no is usually about capacity or fit, not about your project.
Do you do small tasks or hourly work?
No. We work on defined projects with a plan and a price, where we can be responsible for the result. Task-by-task work produces quality nobody is happy with.
Do you work remotely?
Mostly. We're in Bratislava and happy to meet if you're nearby, but everything we do works over email and a call.
Do you invoice from an EU company?
Yes — Netcraft, s.r.o., registered in the Slovak Republic. Company details are on the imprint.
Will you sign an NDA before we talk?
Yes, send yours or ask for ours. Most of our work is for private parties who prefer to stay unannounced, so discretion is the normal condition rather than a special arrangement.
