Before you write
What should I put in a first message?
A URL and a number. The site you're talking about, and roughly what it costs you a month — or if it isn't a website, one paragraph on what the work is and why it matters to you. That's enough for us to say something useful instead of asking three rounds of questions.
Will you take my project?
Maybe not, and we'll say so quickly. We screen projects and only take on work we can do properly. A no is usually about capacity or fit, not about your project.
Do you do small tasks or hourly work?
No. We work on defined projects with a plan and a price so we can be responsible for the result; we do not offer ad-hoc hourly support.
Do you work remotely?
Mostly. We're in Bratislava and happy to meet if you're nearby, but everything we do works over email and a call.
Do you invoice from an EU company?

Will you sign an NDA before we talk?
